Congratulations!

I hope you know your future husband by now. Danish man are as different as men are in any other country. Some are giddy, some are introvert, some are hard workers, others lazy. Some are gentlemen, some self centered and egoistic. Some like football and beer, others chess and tea.

Overall IMHO Danes are open minded and liberal. They don't take things too seriously. They like to have a good time. Spend a lot of time at home with the family. Compared with other cultures husband and wife are pretty equal in Denmark when it comes to domestic duties. In most families, both man and woman are working and helping with cleaning and nursing etc. Not to put you off, but in Denmark close to 40% of all marriages end in divorce.

How well do you know your fiance? He is the only Danish man that matters; generalizing about his countrymen wouldn't help you very much.
