Usually non medical remedies do not work. It is just a waste of money. I know because I have wasted a lot of money on snoring products from t v and on the shelf at the drug store. Only an ear, nose and throat doctor who specializes in snoring is a prudent method of addressing the problem.

Often it is weight related. I used to snore like a bear and then I lost 40 pounds and no more snoring. Sometimes removal of adenoids can help. Basically, widening the nasal passages and letting more air pass through freely.

My dad snores, lol. Try sleeping on your side. Eating less in your diet they say helps. They say if you are overweight that is a primary reason for snoring. Also, sleep apnea (cessation of breath while sleeping) may play a factor.

tell your dr it could be sleep apnea a seriouse disorder i dont believe weight im 45 weigh 100lbs so i dont think weight is it and my husband says i snore like a freight train lol good luck to yeah

Do u have a cold or are u overweight or do u have a nazal backdrop that irretates ur throat?
Try some Nazal Spray or losing some weight. In case of a nazal backdrom... go see a doctor

I either pinch my husband's nose shut so he can't breath at all, or I slap him in the face to wake him. Sleep on your side should help too. Those strips don't work, don't waste your money.
