HERE'S SOME ONFO I FOUND ON THE NET:::
It's frustrating, embarrassing and depressing. Your sexual partner may have become distant or indifferent, thinking that you have lost interest. You wonder what you did to deserve this.
"This" is male impotence, or more accurately "erectile dysfunction" (ED). Erectile dysfunction is the inability to achieve or maintain a firm erection. It can play havoc with your sexual relationship and your self-esteem.
You are not alone. Impotence affects one in every ten men. Because it's so common, however, medical science has been busy inventing treatments for it. Today, nearly every man who has impotence can be helped. (Click here to learn about male impotence treatments.)
Every erectile dysfunction treatment has pros and cons. Viagra® is a very patient-friendly treatment, for example, yet it commonly fails in 30-40% of the men who try it. The new “impotence drugs”—Cialis and Levitra—work in a similar way to Viagra.
Many impotence treatments have side effects. Most male impotence treatments also tend to limit sexual spontaneity. Here's one example: Viagra, Cialis and Levitra have to be taken 15-60 minutes before arousal. Other treatments require you to inject your penis with drugs, insert a suppository into your urethra, even attach an external vacuum pump to your penis. Not exactly a romantic prelude to "enjoying the moment."
Fortunately, there is one impotence treatment that enables sexual and romantic spontaneity. You can have that firm erection you want almost instantaneously—anytime, anyplace.
Because of penile implants.

More and more doctors' worldwide are prescribing Generic Viagra to men suffering from impotence or erectile dysfunction (ED). Success rate is reported to be as high as 80%. This is good news for long term users who now do not have to burn a hole in their pocket to treat this disorder.
Generic Viagra is marketed in three forms - as a tablet, as a soft tablet and also as an oral jelly. Soft tablet is a useful option for those who find it difficult to swallow hard tablets. Oral jelly users have reported a faster reaction time of as low as 13 minutes from consumption. Generic Viagra by itself should not produce an erection. Sexual stimulation is necessary.

Since Generic Viagra also contains sildenafil citrate, its action is quick and selective. It eases the tension in the penile muscle tissue causing a rush of blood during sexual stimulation. The penis becomes erect and the erection is firm and hard. Some men claim that they got an increased girth during erection and some have reported an increase in staying power making love making a whole new game. This clearly indicates the potential of Generic Viagra.
FDA has approved this drug and it is available against a prescription which your doctor can write for you. If you plan to begin a treatment program using Generic Viagra, consult your doctor and discuss your medical history as the dose and duration will be dependent on this factor. If you are over 65 years of age or have heart ailments, you need extra caution while using Generic Viagra. If you experience any type of chest pain during sexual act seek medical assistance immediately. Generic Viagra may have some mild side effects which should go away as you continue to usage.
The drug is sold in doses of 25mg, 50mg and 100 mg. It is advised that the tablet should not be split to get the correct dosage as the compound may not be homogenously distributed. Off-lable use and overdose must be avoided as they can lead to complications.

First and foremost, see your doctor! Determine what's the cause. As I understand it, all ED's are not created equally. Some can be treated, some cured, some nothing at all. Below, find a website which may address some of your concerns. But SEE YOUR DOCTOR! The internet is no substitute for sound medical diagnoses and treatment.
