the other day i was riding my bike for exercise since i am a cheerleader and i saw a cat right in front of me! tring to avoid it i fell off...my foot went under the tire and my wrist turned and went behind my back!!!!!!! come to find out i spranged my ankle and my wrist!!! it hurts soooo bad!!!! well remember how i said i was a cheerleader? yeah well i am the "flyer" (the one who goes up in builds) in cheerleading so i cant let my team down just because i fooling around on my bike and i mean our team is really good too and it is mainly because of our flyers!!! SOOOOO what should i do???should i just tell my coach that i cant fly or what???
HELP PLEAZ!!!!!!!!!!

get a brace. 2 of our other flyers have knee braces.

Since when is riding your bike for exercise "fooling around"?
You might just as well tell your coach what happened. Unless he's blind, it's not going to take him long to figure out that you have a sprained wrist and ankle. It's a little bit hard to hide.
I can't believe that your parents would allow you to participate right now either.
Suggestion: next time you ask a question... give us the Reader's Digest version!

what does bike riding have to do with cheering anywaz, u can still fly prolly it just mite hurt ur ankle but wear a brace, sprais don't last that long at all its really not a big deal jsut sit out or something cus u don't have competitions for a while anywaz ull live just toughen up

I think you should discuss it with the doctor who diagnosed your sprains. If the doctor says you shouldn't, then you need to skip cheerleading.

Try massaging crushed garlic into the injuries and it might help
