my boyfriend is going to be kicked out but he's only 17 and i didn't know if that was legal. and he's not a bad kid his mother just doesn't want him at home.

Depends on what state he lives in. In Texas, 17 year olds can legally move out and/or get kicked out.

im 17 and my mum has threatned to kick me out!! but i live in scotland so its ok at 16 to move out here. i think its ok as long as they have someone over 18 to look after them till they are 18

Yes in any state. If the parent feels that this teen needs to be out due to, having no type of respect for others living in the house, bye bye to you.

Depends...Somewhere is 16 somewhere is 18 or 21.He sould ask someone if that is legal and if it's not he should go in police....
