Straits Times is the main paper in Singapore. They have a new job classified website at http://www.st701.com.sg/

Offline: you can try all these:
- Straits Times
- New Paper
- Today

Online:
www.jobstreet.com.sg
www.jobsdb.com

also try recruitment agens, they have quite good database, you may try Kelly service first: www.kellyservices.com.sg, but it's best to go straight to their office and submit application, however their database is not really connected among their offices, centre offices are meant for "higher class" job (bank, MNC, etc), Jurong office and other are for SME.
