not sure but there is one way to get in touch with them.
after logging in to gmail, at the top right corner there should be a link called help.
click on that to get to a different page where at the bottom of the page, there is a link called "contact us"
That should let you submit your queries to them

well i think there's no id bt there must b an option of help....if so click on help and then choose customer care .........else i m sry no help is there tht i cn provide u with

there is no such id however you can contact google by following this link
http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/request.py
you can write your problem and they will answer you
