To make knowing your Creator your highest desire... why else would he have surrounded his highest creations (us) with such a myriad of tempting distractions and diversions --- it could only be to see if we would seek him out over every other thing. As long as we're satisfied with LESS than knowing him...we have failed the test.

you appear to have some of the answers, but the meaning of life may quite possibly vary from person to person, we each have our own individual needs and wants and desires, I want to have children one day with the right female so my idea of what the meaning of life is is to find my one true mate/love and have children with her, I hope you find what you are looking for
