It seems to me that you could approach the question with an opposite perspective. Can peace exist without power?
Well, it seems that without any power, chaos ensues, instinct kicks in, and it is anamalistic survival of the fittest (or whomever has the best weapons) that lead to ...you guessed it, POWER STRUGGLES.
A system in which power is kept in-check can propagate (and coexist with) peace. It is the unchecked power that generally causes the conflicts that disrupt peace.
Take a look at the major military conflicts of the last 100 years, and chances are the root of the conflict is a single person or small group of people who are abusing their power. "Peace" occurs only when these threats are eliminated.

Well of course they can coexist, because the do coexist.
Is your question "Can absolute peace and absolute power coexist?"? If so, the answer is certainly not since neither peace nor power can occur in an absolute state. Absolute peace is non-activity (physically impossible). Absolute power is complete determinism (antithetical to current understanding of the universe).
Is your question "Are peace and power inversely related?" or in other words "Does an increase in peace cause a decrease in power, while an increase in power cause a decrease in peace?"? The answer to this is not necessarily. Peace is more related to a distribution of power than it is to a degree of it.

no becasue if there was peace then everyone would be equal but nobody wants to be the same as some body else there going to want to be better thats why you get more money the more powerful you are and the more powerful you are the more money you will get so the rich get richer and the poor get poorer and less poweful every one wants to control not just be the guy that is controlled our world teahces that with money and trade and putting a value on anything is bill gates richer then trump of course is trump more powerful then gates no because gates has money and therefore would efect more people no inventions would come and nothing would happen because if there was peace we wouldn't have anything.

The only true peace you can find is inner. The world will never know true peace because the desire for power drives the human condition, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. So the answer in my opinion is no.

There are several theories, the most important two are:
No peace when there is power
No peace if you are not powerful!
In our days, since others have power and are greedy, if you are not powerful, peace will come but the one without power will be extinct!
