Whenever I am angry, I write. This way I can vent all of my frustrations in the day and get on with day to day life.

There are many things you can do, take a walk, talk to someone, meditation, listen to music, take anger management classes, scream into a pillow, so many things. Do whatever works for you. The best thing though is to get away from the person who is making you mad. I think the walk is best but that's just my opinion. Good luck.

anger is poison for your body, plus anger will not help in keeping healthy relationships.
do some serious soulsearching as to why you are angry.
you're responsible for your own life. you can't let people treat you bad, not respect you, take advantage of you, reasons that can be making you feel anry... after you do that, you stop blaming others. and then do things that you enjoy and make you happy. exercise is also very good to liberate stress.
life is too short to be angry and unhappy! start feeling happy TODAY!!! good luck.
