Let me try something here about english:
Easy: Explain Noun, Verb, Pronoun, Adverb, Conjunction and so on...I think U will get about 20-25 questions like this. Then, go for, active-passive voice, reported speech and so on...I assume u will get 10 furthur. Then, search grammer books for more of help.
Middle: Do edditing, omitting here....U can get about 5 of editiing and 5 of omitting. take help of other books to get mixed one. So, in all 20 again.
Difficult: Poetry Figures...Look wikipedia for that. Then, go for types of poetry. You will get about 100 of them in this topic. You can also go for types of stories and so on. so letz take it all ends to 200 here....
Total: Around 300 questions.
Impossible: write a shape poetry with a haiku...try different combinations...such as acrostics and so on....u can easily get about 300 here....
I think I did make up 600. so, letz ret help u out *happy*
Then, geo...no know much abt it...still...
Easy: Try different defination...u will get about 500 of them online, like trade winds, jet streams etc.
Middle: Well, then try reasons of various things like why does it rain and so on...u will get about 400 here too.
Difficult: Well, letz me think again. Here do some bigg reasons and go for large maps...u will get about 300 here too.
Impossible: Where reasons doesn't exist. Mysterios things....like time of moonsoon in India....Tsunami...etc...U will get abt 100 here too.
total:1300
Well, no idea of gk...sorry...
for IQ, refer various olympiard (I know I did a spell mistake) questions
Best Of Luck

brain storm! Think of things off the top of your head and expand on them.
Example:
1. How often do you shower? How often do you grocery shop? How often do you go to the doctor? How often do you work out?
2. Have you ever taken an IQ test? Do you know what the scores mean? Did you think it was hard?
3. What is a verb? What is a possesive pronoun? Do you think of English as a language or a heritage?
4. Where would you live if you could move? What state do you like best? What is the state bird of New York?
Think man, think

I would suggest going to an encyclopedia website...there you can research things about all of those subjects and you could group them yourself on whether you think it is difficult or not. Looking around there should give you some good questions. Also try to google something like....question banks...or question farms that are on the net...or commonly asked questions about a particular subject....so putting in commonly asked questions on geography may pull up alot of information. Hope this helps

Well, I don't know any sites, but the easiest way to collect questions would to pick a rendom item, and ^make random question from it.
For an example, lets say you picked a tree. The questions can be: How many different trees are there? How long can a tree last without water.
You know, those things.

you have to tell me what course that is... holy crap.
first thing to do... go to wikipedia.com and click "random article" on the left side of the screen... gives you a random article from over a million
if i were you i would get a dictionary and an encyclopedia... just flip thru an encyclopedia and you should be up over 150,000 questions with answers :) as for categorizing them you will have to do that.
if you need a site to help you as well go google "random facts" or something like that.
my favorite for headachingly hard questions: curiouser.co.uk (i believe i spelled it right)
