Given the amount of speaking Mr Churchill managed, and his command over the language, I'd say there are many :
I would say to the House, as I said to those who have joined this government: I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat.
Never in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few.
If the British Empire and Commonwealth last for a thousand years, men will still say, This was their finest hour.
We shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender.
Russia is a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma.
From Stettin in the Baltic to Trieste in the Adriatic, an iron curtain has descended across the Continent.

Winston Churchill was quite the racist, and upon Gandhi's hunger strikes, Churchill addressed the court about how this hunger strike would inevitably fail:
"It is alarming and also nauseating to see Mr. Gandhi, a seditious Middle Temple lawyer, now posing as a fakir of a type well known in the East, striding half-naked up the steps of the Vice regal palace, while he is still organising and conducting a campaign of civil disobedience, to parley on equal terms with the representative of King-Emperor."
It's famous (and quite long) because Churchill was horribly wrong, and his lack of faith in Gandhi's peaceful resistance movement essentially lost him control of India and several other colonies in the subsequent years.

'Never before in the field of human conflict has so much been owed by so many to so few.' This refers to the contribution made by 'The Few', the RAF in the Battle of Britain. I think this is a particularly famous quote.
Or one from the film 'The Battle of Britain', 'The Battle for France is over, The Battle of Brtiatin is about to begin.' Sorry, that is the best opening line in a film ever!
He was an inspirational speaker so there will be many famous quotes on here.

"I have a dream??????" wasn't that Martin Luther King????
Winston Churchill was the portly chap who was the Prime Minister of the UK during WWII and as someone has already pointed out, his most famous speech or quotation taken from one of his many great speeches is "We shall fight them on the beaches".

At a late night dinner some women said to him "Prime Minister you are drunk" to which he immediately replied "Madam, I will be sober in the morning but you will still be ugly!" Classic.
