no how about excepting her as she is she is obviously happy with her looks and not complaining when she complains then you can help out

I have never ever had a girlfriend a little ugly, all of them were really beautiful, at least to me. If you think so you must prepare to move on boy. Everything is going to be wrong if you are not happy with the girl by your side. Sorry.

well if she is so ugly, why did you start seeing her to begin with? she is obviously a nice person and maybe she feels looks don't mean the world...if she just needs some help, why don't you give her a day at a spa and ask one of the women to apply her makup when she leaves, as most spas have someone who will offer to do this after a facial, since your makeup has been cleaned off...or you could take her shopping at a dept. store and let one of the cosmetic reps offer to do a makeover and give her advice on applying makeup...for goodness sake, don't just say she is ugly, she just needs someone to guide her....

what do u mean by she is ugly?u sound repulsed by her..then y r u with her..dont call her ugly..she might be just simple,not glamorous u may say...but ugly is the wrong word..if u want her too look groomed n pretty,u can tell her politely...tell her what features u appretiate in her and tell her u love it when she enhances them with make up,clothes,wateva....
if she is fat or sumthin..go jogging with her...u both join a gym..show her u wanna work out too..n u believe fitness is imp for health..
she might not like too much make up..so if she has pretty eyes,ask her to wear sum mascara...if u like her lips,ask her to put on some lip gloss...or even better get her a girlie make up hamper..ask her to use the stuffs..tell her u handpicked every shade of lip gloss,eye shadow etc...
but at the end of the day..u shud love her the way she is....

Do you really love her and not LIKE her? If u love her, you will not complain for anything and I can't believe u said that..well, outer beauty is not important but the inner beauty is really important. So, who cares if she's a LITTLE ugly? Unless, she's bad.

Take her shopping.....give her a certificate for an all day beauty treatment.
Spend your money on her, buy clothes together, suggest going together for a hairstyle for fun.

Damn man, that's rough. Depending on what's wrong with her, buy her a gift certificate to a day spa that also does makeovers. That way you look like a sweetheart, she thinks she's getting the gift of a mini-holiday, and no one gets their feelings hurt. I hope she's really sweet.

If she's ugly why are you being with her? The best thing you can do is to leave her and let her be happy with someone who will sincerely think she's beautiful... Once she's happy and satisfied with herself it will show...

that shows, u dont take care of her, if u do, she will look cute. try it and c. every woman is beautiful, thats why some guys leave their so called beauty and run after another, cos the hubby is taking care of her. do that and others will jealous you and her.
