Think you are smarter than all the person who are not going for a competition as they didnt participate in the first place
hey dude why shiver when you are among the 1% people who applied for that competition as You had the guts to do so??
you have more guts for appling why are you tense ?what is the worst thing that can happen???

First take a very deep breathe and close your eyes in a dark room. You'll then want to focus on something calming like the ocean. Try to think if the sound of the ocean, the feeling of the sand in your feet, and something that relates to each of the senses. Then you want to repeat "one, one, one, one, one, one..." over and over. This shuts off the left side of the brain which we use for logic and basically stress. Repeating one gives it nothing to make sense of which is when the right side, your creative side, comes into play. I hope this helps!!

It's all about ATTITUDE. So BELIEVE in YOURSELF. Just tell yourself that you're human and you're bound to make some mistakes...but who out there hasn't?? eat chocolate... breathing exercise... meditation... watch tv... read interesting book... try anything that wold make u feel more confident... this match doesnt mean everything in ur life... just give ur best n say to urself that u will do the best u can n may the best win...
