I don't think there's one trait that's more important than another. If, for example, honesty is important and kindness or a good heart is important, how do you choose. It's never just one thing... it's the package you want when you choose a wife.

As for myself, I am female: own my home, and met my husband who had nothing! When I wanted to "Truly" find out what he was in love with..., we had a 'Pre-Nuptual' drawn up and signed so that he gets Nothing, IF we divorce. If you are looking for materialistic "Property" in a wife, I might suggest you buy it yourself, after all...YOU are the only one whom you can truly depend on.
