Those people are generally actors, they get paid and most of it is fake. Jerry Springer, an LCD everything goes show, was debunked and proved to be pre-scripted and completely orchestrated.

In terms of people talking, there's this model called Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and it dictates that humans require shelter, food, security and so forth in order to feel comfortable and in order to survive. As you move up the hierarchy, you get more and more comfortable and nearer to the top is the ability to express one's beliefs and opinions. Americans are more affluent than the rest of the world, and so they meet most of the basic needs and so they can afford to express their opinions and beliefs.

Palaver, don't be so naieve. While this is not unique to the US it almost is and the other countries that indulge in this can probably trace this to an American influence. Also, it may have something to do with our protesant influence. In countries with a strong Buddhist or Catholic heritage, they tend to keep their kink behind closed doors however, they may not be shy about exposing their bodies on national television. Wasn't there a Dutch show a few years back where contestants stripped for prizes? It kind of looked like the American game show "The Price is Right."

I kind of like their personality, very open and easy to make friend with.
They are so friendly even in such an international big city like the big apple - New York!! they love to help out and very friendly. I would say for so many big international cities I have visited , NY has not let me down!! had a wonderful time there.

bcos the are proud of where they come from, the country does a lot for them, and they are proud of the american life. They hardly talk about having problems, they usually talk about moving forward.

because we can. jk. uhh i dunno why, maybe because we think we're all that or we just don't care what people think of us as along as we know that the outcome is the ones we want. But as for me, I hate TV shows, and that's why i don't watch them. I got better things to do (like hunting and fishing) than listen to someone talk about their life.
