i have came i do it all the time its just that everyone says its alot different and i would know if i did,is it true that when u have one that a women comes almost like a man?is there something wrong with me can enybody give me tip on how to have one and what to look for?

As far as I know if one Came or had a climax they indeed had an orgasm but they have varying degrees some are stronger than others. It is a short but good feeling...not sure how people were trying to describe them to you so I am not sure what you're expectations are, but it sounds like you've either had them and was not aware, or that you were very close but didn't totally go over the edge to climactic peak...Some things that can prevent the peak is what's on your mind, partner, and especially anti depressants can prevent that. You can have one...it can be either you have to do it by yourself or your partner has to di it for you. But, as you know most of the guys are involved in satisfying themselves in bed rather than be a conjugal partner. For every woman it is different. To truly enjoy an orgasm you must be totally relaxed with the person you are with and it doesn't hurt if the guy you are with is good at making you feel that way too. A powerful attraction also makes a big difference.

just b/c you've had an orgasm dosen't mean that things are drippin or squirting out of you. physically orgasm are different for everyone...also the intensity of an orgasm is different for everyone. so if you at least feel like there was a pleasurable release then you've had a normal orgasm.
also dont looke to porno b/c they pay extra and look for people who can do that squirting trick w/ their orgasm...truth is a very small precentage of the population can get thier organs to squirt that far.
Also you have to learn to self pleasure...many woman, especially younger ones cannot orgasm during intercourse. So learn to manipulate yourself during intercourse or on your own if you want to orgasm.

avoid using drugs liquor and smoking.... be in a relaxed mood... emotional status plays a big role... and wait for the right guy..
I am sure you will have one... above all dont think that its a must... life is more than just enjoying sex.... sex is only a part of your life... dont think that we are living only for enjoying sex....

perhaps you are very young 10-14 so you are not ready for the sexual relation. if so, you should wait.
