ill say th eunited states of america.. im from the philippines but ive been to the states thrice and i would really say that it's best to live there because it's clean and you have a lot of job opportunities and you can make much money.. but if you like to stay in a country with friendly people, nice neighborhood.. you should stay in the philippines.. christmas here is better than the US because we have gift giving and food giving to the neighbors..

The best country in the world of each person is the one when you can find stability, you inner peace and you also obtain harmony, it doesn't matter if you are immigrant all that matters at one point is to be happy in one place and became to love it.
The majority of people create nations in one place because they feel happy in that place and find their comfort zone but a few can't find what they looking in their lives and spend many years of their lives in the research of a good place to live and when they find it they say that is the best place in the world.
so you will read many answers that mention their own country because they are fine there but ask some immigrant and you will hear something different

Depends, there are a lot of good countries.
In Canada I'd say Toronto :D
In America, I'd say New York or San Francisco (most liberal in the US)
In Mexico, I'd say Tijuana (party city).
In South America, I'd say Brazil.
In Africa, South Africa (the North has too many political problems).
In Asia, I'd say India (Economic Boom means higher standard of living), also some Middle Eastern countries like Kuwait and Dubaii.
In Europe, the UK.

BUT...Since I like to (and I have to) travel because of my work I completely disagree with Fsnartz...Toronto, NY, Tijuana, Brazil, Kuwait...???? Are you kidding? The question is which is the best country to LIVE in NOT to DIE in!!!! I love all these cities but they are the most dangerous!!! And I said so because I know so!!
But I love Italy, Denmark, Spain, Singapore, Australia, NZ and Japan (depends on the weather you like best!)
