sex should bring mutual pleasure to both individuals. My last boyfriend wouldn't climax until he had made sure I had come first.
so my advice on how to present this to him:
tell him you want to try new things to increase pleasure for the both of you.
you can try this game where for one week, you guys can do everything EXCEPT have sex.
so, either he tries to make an effort w/ foreplay, special condoms for the extra sensitive guy, etc etc...
or dump him. there are better guys out there.

maybe he was just so excited. Tell him that YOU are not satisfied with his early ejaculation. Both of you should learn the art of foreplay so you can keep the experience more pleasure

Sounds to me like he;s either just really really bad, or he was no desire to give you pleasure. Now for my answer. If you find its most likely the first suggestion, I say foreplay. If he says no to foreplay, he's the second suggestion, and you should dump his ***.
