what is the function of pubic hair? pls. be scientific?

Then jus like every openin on the body needs some protection from insects worms etc, when ppl sleep ate night.

so this acts as a hindrance to enter the body and the most delicate parts, for an ant for example.

I dont know for sure but it seems like it would be there to protect and keep it warmer like the rest of the hair on our bodies. There would have to be a reason for it to stay there while the rest of the hair on our bodies thinned out. It makes sense that since our genitals are so sensitive and delicate that there would be thick hair around them to keep flies and dirt/ whatever out. They're basically natural underwear haha

Pubic hair, and armpit hair and head hair besides arma dn legs are the only common major hair bodies on both man and women. this is because as evolution has past man is still an animal and like all animals who dont have yahoo, or dating services, they need afrodisiacs! which are odors and characteristics that attract the opposite sex. thats pretty much the function, even theough now it has almost no use, i guess it keeps you warm sometimes....

It's supposed to attract the opposite sex, well, at least that's what it did in the caveman days, or so they say....it absorbed sweat and got really funky smelling and that's how you caught a man...the funkier smelling the better...same with underarms.
