My guess is vb.net.
Supports .net framework. It is an evolved version of vb 6.0 (?). If you found that one interesting then you'll probably find this one more interesting too because it supports oop!
J2ee is also good. Once you learn this language you can create application that are platform indepedent.
But I guess the rational way to make a choice is to think where you want to end up working. For e.g. if you are looking to work in bank-related firms, where storage and management of large databases are a must, then oracle is good option.

Oracle.
Hands down if you wanted to focus on one, and learn some of the others.
Reasons?
Go out on the net and see how much an Oracle DBA, PL/SQL person earns.
J2EE is good, but it' isn't that hard to learn, nor to practice with. VB.NET is still growing, and it may be big, but I imagine it's limited to the Microsoft world.
Large companies use Linux/Unix, which Oracle can run on. Oracle isn't something you can download and run at home. It costs $$ to get hands on experience.
Learnign SQL, or the PL/SQL thats inherant to Orcale is simple. Learning Orcale tuning, optimization, and administration is a gold mine.

you really want all three to survive in the big leagues, but if I could only learn one i would without a doubt learn vb.net... unless i was going to make smalltime games then J2EE, but VB.net can manipulate computers better than the others, thus making better office programs etc, which is how Microsoft started (well really it was making a computer that could fit in a house... but the high(er) level languages came next!)

if some one is looking for quick job it is better to study vb.net and c#. but in that u have to update your self very frequently as these technology updates quickly and career is not safe due to lot of competition.
but in case of j2ee and oracle you will find it is difficult to get job but once you get job you will have very good opportinuty.and career is secure.

I would say all 3 would be best honestly. Lots of jobs envolving all 3, I haven't personally worked with J2EE, .net is fun and easy, oracle is a beast imho.
