I believe that wordpad is such a small programme that it is unable to deal with data tranfers of any kind. You need to buy MS Works - it has four good programmes including Microsoft Office Word 2004 - and a lot cheaper than MS Office - about £90 I think. Plus anything by Microsoft tends to be 98% safe to use.

Wordpad Extension is Doc and MS word extension is Dos both r same ok
(I) Wordpad is by default in ur OS u can find ( If ur icon is
not visible )
Go to Run and Type wordpad.exe
(II) U can open this file in ms word also

maybe you don't have the software where u can open the attached files. If it's just MS Word file, you can open it in Wordpad

Save the file as .rtf (rich text format) and that should be readable on most formats. May be some formatting issues, but at least you can get your file right?

What are they???
Use this www.filext.com to find out what will read them...
