If he really wanted to be with her, then they would never have split up....and he would never have even met you.
I do think that it is a good thing that he still sees his kids (coming from someone whos dad couldn't give a toss) but maybe suggest doing it in a more neutral place.
Don't write him off just yet, but don't let him take the pi$$ out of you either. You should probably sit down and both lay your cards on the table so that you know where you stand, but be careful that it doesn't come out sounding like "its me or the kids"
Best of luck.

Well being with someone is all about respecting them and accepting them for who they are. You cannot expect him not to want to see his children. If you had children yourself you would understand. So what that he goes round to hers to see them? He comes home to you doesnt he?
If he wanted her back i'm sure he would be there. You are jealous of the hold that she has over him but dont be. By standing by him and accepting that he has to see his children he will love you all the more for it. You have to try and be more understanding as it cant be easy for either of them

It sounds like you need some advice which is going to be more reliable than what you are liable to get off the web. You should seek some support, whether it be from a friend, family or a proffessional (ie marriage guidance.)

trust is a major issue, if you do not trust there will be nothing in the future for you and him.. relax, not everyones a cheater and if he says no take his word for it if he says "No"
you said above your not sure about him but he says he doesnt, so depending on how much you trust him, make that choice but never make a choice without consulting the other involved, thats cheating yourself and him out of a fighting chance of happiness.
