Sounds like an error on the part of the web service you are using, I would send an email to them with the message it could be something they do not know about and need to fix.

You're using a web browser to send email. There's an error in the server code. Nothing you can do but contact whoever maintains the site and tell them. (And maybe change your email provider.)

There website problem, likely the site is been over utilize by customers at that particular time , or there is server sut down
