It's always possible that there is sperm in preejaculate. Just assume that there is. i don't think any amount of peeing can wash every single one of those millions of swimmers out. It's not about how long it's been since the last sex. Just the fact that he's hard and having sex can release some sperm in preparation for the big event.

Well, it may be a psychilogical aspect. Just get your mind thinking of something else right after. Also it is probably the pressure your releasing which makes you think you have to pee.

you can not overcome this, when you are active, your body's lymphatic and blood system are working in digestion of foods and absorbing *liquids from the food and drinks which resluts in excretion(sweat, bowel movement/urination). when you are sexually active one of your ducts are closed, the urethra is the passageway for both the ejaculotory duct and urine so when you are copulating the urine is blocked off due to contraction of the cremaster muscle but after sperm has emptied from epididymis to vas deferens then joined by semenal vesicles to become ejaculatory duct, which empties into/passes through the prostate gland, then into the urethra and out of your penis, then the passage way for urine to be excreted is open, there is pressure on your bladder now which urges you to go. unless you are like massively dehydrated i don't see how you could not go, you don't wanna hold it in either you can cause bacterias to form and cause infection.

You feel the need to pee so that the last bit of semen will be washed out of your uretha. Semen could dry up and create an obstruction in the urethra.

yeah that pretty normal i think it has to do with the muscles and everything done there that cause the need to release the bladder kinda like when you wake up with a piss-on you may not be sexually stimulated but there you are with a tent in your bed all of that has to do with all the muscles and tubing and stuff down there that's my guess but I'm a musician not a doctor

Natural urge so that passege gets cleaned. Further, in order to hold the arousal (or erection) some storage of urine in bladder is needed. Recall early morning experience.
