the question is "can anyone pick me as best answer?" it is stupid! coz he should have a good answer to be picked as best answer, right?

I would consider the question your asking "Have you asked any stupid questions?" to be a very subjective view for there is not one brain that thinks nor feels exactly alike and your definition of stupid to mine or others views may be different in many ways an we all would feel though ours is the correct answer.
I personally never ever felt that any question is a stupid one!
The one who is afraid to ask it sometimes ends up looking stupid sometimes for not asking and in the long run they get mad at themselves for letting someone else's opinion about what is a educated question or not overtake there own beliefs.
The person either becomes even more introverted or hopefully learns from it an overcomes there insecurities and don't need to care who thinks what about whatever they may need to ask/know.
Hopefully the person uses one moment of "feeling stupid" for not asking to making sure it never happens again.

1. When will I get married? and then people write their name and date of birth after it...how the hell would we know the answer to that?

Actually .... in my opinion .... the most stupid question I have seen here in yahoo answers was this one......
I'm at home and its after business hours so I cant get support. My computer wont connect to the internet. Help!!!!!!

no the question never dumb to ask because everytime people ask a question because they want to know and learn. even it sound so dumb or too simple question but it never dumb
