So, I'm not very good at sports... okay... I suck at all of them. Anyways, what are some good tips so in gym I don't feel so off, and maybe get a little better? I'm not very aggresive, I know that, but I really need help!

Practice the sports you'll do in gym at home with your dad or a friend who is good at them. That way you'll feel more comfortable in gym class and not suck quite as bad.

Not doing so hot in the gym at school sports?
Practice. And what makes practice fun?
Practice with friends.
Not good at Softball/Tball/Baseball? Find a friend of four and go smack it around in an alley or a park.
Not good at Soccer/BasketBall? Same thing.
Sprots doesn't come naturally to everone, but sometimes all it takes is some good times with some friends, in a no pressure situation that can help you get comfortable learning new moves and ideas on how to play a game.

Always stretch first, then start out on the machines with a weight thats not too heavy for you, work machines for about a month, then move to free weights, what are you looking to work out? If you want strength lift a little heavier weights and do less reps, if you want to get toned up, use lighter weights and do more reps. If this doesnt make any sense ask a friend who works out or ask them what this means at the gym.

Okay, you mean gym as i school right? :P hmmm thats tuff b/c i mostly slept through gym b/c why put effort into my A grade? To impove your hand eye coordination is to we aware of where your hand is, you see the ball coming but you can't just swing away and expect to hit it. So, look at your hands and your arms...you can gage relativily where and when the ball is comeing at you at a glance so make sure your hand is were it needs to be to get under the ball; this tip is good especially for tennis and vollyball.
Also, don't be afraid to get hit by the ball, it only stings for a min...........thats all I got, i only play vollyball really.

Here's what you do, take a look around the gym and find out the girls who are really doing good... make friends with them and watch and try to follow what they do because they have figured out what works --- compliment them on how well they're doing and they're likely be glad to give you their tips. (can't miss with this).

Start slowly, and work your way up. Use the machines you find fun at first. Make sure you warm up thoroughly and warm down afetrwards as well. Bring some music and move to the beat. And have fun!

Build your hand-eye coordination. Have people throw stuff at you. Learn not to be afraid of stuff coming at you... bruises heal.
Build stamina. Aerobics might do it, but any kind of long term physical activity will help.

Well since you obviously need to lose weight, hit the treadmill first.
