The reason that manually deleted programs are still showing in your Add/remove programs is because the registry keys are still there.. download a registry cleaner and this should solve the problem make sure you run it twice too as the first sweep won't get all of the dodgy entries:))

go to system tools and click on system restore. i u know the date when u instaled that then it is good. click on (change my computer to earlier times . then select a day earlier than that date). but note it will remove all the data which u have installed after that software which u want to remove. HEY I CAN TELL U WHY IT IS.
ur computer is giving this problem because u have deleted that thing directly from ur drive . every time delete things from add an remove programs not directly from drives
HAVE A GOOD DAY

Try running this free program. http://www.ccleaner.com/
CCleaner is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less that a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware!

When you experience issues with removing unwanted downloads, it is a sign of spyware or malware on your computer. You may also experience issues with unsolicited pop-ups and browser redirects and etc. Download Spybot from this site and after updating run a scan:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html
And also run a free scan at http://housecall.trendmicro.com
run these tools and remove any infection. :-)

Well, the program has been deleted, but the shortcut hasn't. In that case, just put the shortcut in the bin; that should solve the problem.

go to Start / Programs and left clk on the program to see if it has its own UNinstall. If not, go to the program folder that it is in and open it to see if there is an UNinstall listed there.
