Prenuptual agrrements are so last millenia.
If you are so wealthy that you're just a magnet for trash like the Anna Nicole Smiths of the world...then you can easily hide your money.
If you're not wealthy, but want to preserve your secret and private savings...give it all to a family member if the relationship goes down the tubes.
Remember divorce court is an adversarial business proposition.
Both lawyers will get rich at your expense...and they will wait it out until one of the two of you finally breaks and signs...and gives in to the proposition on the table.
I will add this...
the mindset that you go in to a relationship with...is the direction your relationship will go. Jennifer Lopez still doesn't get the respect and love she deserves because of her ridiculous demands through her prenups.
Let it go...give 100% and expect nothing in return and you will be open for a better - far more fulfilling - relationship.

if you are sure that she is going to be your EX WIFE then why are you going to marry her, look a better way to this is dfont ask her for a prenup that is really mis trusting her why would you marry someone you dont trust,if you really are that conrened then open another accdcount under your name with a totally different bank and bank most of the money your concerned about she wont know no one needs to know, but if she is going to be your wife think twice is she really your one true love your soal mate? because if she were then you would not have to ask this question in the first place, marriage is not a game dont waste your time with someon you might only half trust or dont truely love

No, but surely there is some provision there legally for wealth that was created before the marriage.
And what kind of attitude is that to go into a marriage with, that it's doomed to end?
Why don't you just make sure you marry the right one in the first place??

Yes I would, unless my plans were to marry him for his money. But thats not the way Iam. In this time and age I think that would be a good idea.

I have nothing there fore I can give nothing! If he wanted me to I wouldn't get married cause isn't thinking about a divorce before marriage a bad thing? Now if he is a millonaire I would to put his mind at ease to know I love him and not his money.

why would you even get married if you know shes gonna be your "ex wife" ??
I would just keep your money and your last name..
you'd save $$ on divorce lawyers in the end!
