The period that u can consive is called the heat peroid while the time that u can not be pregnant is called the safe period.
The safe period defers from person to person, its believe that the montly cycle involve in 3 phases, 1.the safe period, 2. the heat period and 3.the mensural period which amounting to 28 days totally.28 days is the woman monthly circle.
durind the heat period there are several changes in the woman metabolism this include rise in body temperature by about 2-3 degrees cels.
in general the safe period is seven days after period and seven days immediate before period. This amount to 14 days and is asume that she will have a mensis period for 7 days if u add them all u get 21 days rest of the 7 days out of 28 is the dangerous period according to people who dont want have child at a particular time but i will called it the heat period.
NB: body system have no standard rule the best thing to do is take the minimum from the above formular 3-3 days and used latex for the rest of your meetings .Goodluck pally.

During her period if it doesn't gross you out is the safest time but immediately before or immediately after are usually pretty safe too. Still use contraception or a condom because if she is really fertile timing alone probably isn't all that safe.

Don't listen to whoever said 12-14 days into the cycle...that is her most fertile time. If you want to have a baby do it at this time.

If she knows when she ovulates, then don't have unprotected sex 4 days before or after ovulation. Worked for me.
