you are going to think i am crazy, but adopting a toad as an indoor pet, and letting him/her have the run of the house will take care of cockroaches and spiders.

for mice, a cat would be good - but i don't know if cats get along with toads.

Get a pet. I haven't had a mouse in my house for four years, since getting a cat. They love eating spiders too, or mine do anyway. and come to think of it, I haven't seen a cockroach yet either.

I would also suggest keeping the house clean, and emptying the bin on a regular basis so that there's no food around for them to eat.

I like spiders! I'm scared of mice and snakes, but I'll say snakes are worst because they can actually hurt you!

Start yawning and go and put your pyjamas on. That's how I get rid of most of my unwanted guests. I look even more horrible in pyjamas.
If that doesn't work, gettting out a whip and putting on the bondage gear can also work (although this can sometimes have the oposite effect and you may never get rid of them!).
