Many women enjoy sex, but I think they look for intimacy even more! I feel that if they have intimacy, sex could be enjoyed more.
Do you enjoy time together like watching a movie, or cuddling in each other's arms, or just lying in bed having a good conversation without thinking that it's leading to sex? Tell me your thoughts!

I like your question very much. I have to admit that I often don't behave the way you describe with my wife, that I don't make the necessary efforts to enjoy those moments. SInce I'm somehow aware of it I'm doing my best to improve in that area.
But there's also the other way around, too often, women take the relationship for granted and they don't make any effort for the sex, they let the man inititiate or even beg for it and that is not so good.
I guess the point is to find a great balance between the two. Consider that the guys who don't get as much sex as he would like feels pretty similar as the woman who doesn't get the intimate-tender moments she's looking forward to.

Many guys forget about the intimacy part, but really, even though sex can be really good, there is nothing I like better than just lying down with my guy and sleeping in his arms or talking. Just being together is just wonderful.

Men enjoy intimacy when they feel intimate with the woman. If they are in a committed relationship and he feels strongly for her, he will enjoy cuddling and spooning just as much as the woman.

Of course, all men love the feeling of sexual intercourse. However, if the man is not in love with the woman, or feels that she is just a tool for sexual gratification, he will not want to waste his time showing affection that he feels sends the wrong message. Why would he want a one-night-stand type of girl to think he could love her?

I think for a great relationship you have to have intimacy. It cant all ways be about sex or there is no relationship. you have to communicate and show affection, with out always leading to sex

personally, i hate cuddling. i dont date. i dont want that in my life right now. i just want to have a good time and all that intimacy and cuddling watching a movie crap just isnt what i like. so i guess if you find a guy that doesnt like sex and enjoys watching Steel Magnolias then you will be in great shape

I'd much rather just talk, cuddle, and hang out. When I was younger and sex was new I would have probably rather have done that. BUT sex really does get old after a while. Stimulating conversation is soooo much better.

Sex is great for me, but I would pass it up for the chance of just being with my partner. I love laying in bed together in the morning, without having to rush off to work, and just relaxing together. snuggling on the couch, a hug in the grocery store. Just that show of affection to say that they love you and want to be with you, is so much better than, ' wanna get laid tonight sugar'

i feel for a beautiful long term relation communication is most important aspect! talk, express your self

Sex is the most beautiful part in a relationship ... but ONLY WHEN ITS TRUE! intimacy offcourse adds spark to the relation. Its more important to express love!

It could be in any way- WORDS or SEX! depends how you express, give & take!
Enjoy & be true! ;)

I totally agree, some people take those small things for granted and do not realize how important they really are....or how lucky they are to even BE ABLE to do that...with my hubby being gone to Iraq it has really made me understand the importance of just that physical contact, not anything sexual about it, just knowing you are loved. I see couples all the time that are so distant, and I just want to be able to tell them how lucky they really are, I would give anything to even be in the same country with my husband....some people need to put their petty stuff aside and quit taking the other one for granted.

Intimacy creates great sex for guys too. If you date Shallow Hal you will always be disappointed.
