WAIT! Before you think, I have no scope, depth, understanding, or whatever. Consider the Southern blind boy with the incredible instrumentel hit, the unpresidented contract, the un-countable Grammies, the harmonica, the keyboards, the drums, THAT voice, THE albums, THE songs. THEmusician of our times is only 50! If you are less than 28 yrs.old, don't even answer.

Check out the Wonder man's accomplishments:
Pioneered the one-man synthesizer band concept.
Made it acceptable for a superstar act to release an album every
two or more years instead of one or two every year. (When the Eagles released "The Long Run" three years after "Hotel California", the press said they "pulled a Stevie Wonder").
Had songs recorded by rockers (Jeff Beck, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Red Hot Chilli Peppers), easy listening singers (Neil Diamond, Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra), r&b legends (Aretha Franklin, Michael Jackson), and jazz performers (Freddie Hubbard, Ella Fitzgerald).
Engineered one of the most lucrative recording contracts of the 1970s.
Made the harmonica a force to be reckoned with in rock music (Stevie's harmonica is on Elton John's "I Guess That's Why They Call It The Blues").
He may not be the best, as some say, but he comes awfully close.

So you're asking Stevie Wonder is the greatest musician ever, but you want a bias opinion?
Honestly, there isn't a greatest musician of all time because music tastes change... You happen to be old and think some f.a.g who no one under 20 has ever heard of other than from their parents is the greatest musician ever... I think Tupac is... And I'm sure way back who the hell knows when people thought Beethovan was...
You're ignorant and thats a dumb question...

OH YES...Mr Wonder will always be one of the most "Wonders of the world" musically....when I think back to seeing him on stage in a theater when he was a child...singing his heart out....and seeing him now...an older and still the best at what he does...I get blown away...he has shown all of us that no matter how you come into the world you can do great things...even if you have a disability. He used his mind and body to give to us all music that will live forever. We should all appreciate him now in his later years. Just like others before him who have left us....we didn't realize what they meant until they had gone....Keep it going Stevie..we love you...

He is great, but not the greatest. The greatest of all time is someone different for everyone. It's all opinion. Different people value different attributes and talents more than others when considering a musical artist.

Stevie is great, no doubt, but to say the greatest of all time? I don't think any individual person can make an argument for the one best musician of all time.

I really don't think so. By your own argument, ray charles could also be the greatest of all time. I really love ray charles music, was a sad sad day when he died. By the way I'm only 23, so take my opinion for what it's worth.
