I really like the font used for Build-A-Bear logo. If you go to www.buildabear.com you can see many other writings in the same font.
Maybe not exactly the same but I've seen the similar fonts in other places too (in many cartoon books and web sites).
Could you tell me what this font is called? (build-a-bear or other similar fonts)
Is it possible to buy them too? (so i can use the font)

It's not spot on, but the font Arabolical is pretty close. So is DomoAregato. Also look at Showcard Gothic and Ballot. I'm fairly certain I downloaded all of these for free. Try www.abstractfonts.com.
