reflect and be sad. It does my heart good to hear that the female does not always get away with their lying, cheating, stealing one way / highway attitudes. I know how you feel because I am in the same position and while I think things I cannot write about some women, I will tell you that down inside I am sorry. The pain you feel is real and I know it hurts alot. Mine is not done yet so I can only tell you that I am going to fight till the death. Doesn't matter who or which but I will not stop and I encourage you not to stop. I will mention you in my prayers not as man or woman but as parent with feelings too. I am very sorry.

I do not understand why you did not return to the court which originally gave you the order... Second, I do not understand how he was not charged with kidnapping as you have legal custody.. You should had called the police and gone to court where you resided and made the charges... I do not understand how you have spent three years and done nothing.. Do you not have your Order, that is valid.. I think that you are not doing enough and you are letting the police and your ex walk all over you.. Take control, start pressing charges and get your Order and show that he kidnapped your kids...

Sure you can find your kids and explain to them what happened they are grown now and your ex probably poisened their minds but you have your proof and things that you were trying to do your part and they'll listen. Nothing negative formed against us can prosper! You also need to call the courts and get that back money let them know he made no payments and let them know what happened you wouldn't had to move back to Cali maybe go back for the proceedings but where ever the judgement was donre they should have went and got your kids back. you should have called the police where you live and told them he took the kids for the summer and didn't bring them back, that's kid napping any way you look at it! FIND YOUR KIDS AND BE A PART OF THEIR LIVES LET THEM KNOW WHAT HAPPENED I'M SURE THEY REMEMBER SOMETHING!

the biggest thing any mother needs to do when leaving there husbund or partner with kids is to get a court order and no contact with the father is to occur untill this is done because like what happened to you they can take the kids and never return them and there is nothing they can do,you can go tot he court and apply for a recovery order which will mean the children will be given back to you i dont know why you havent done this years ago but you definately have the ball in your court go do it and dont delay the longer you leave it you making it easier for him to have the kids they may wannt to stay with there father now so think about wether you want acess or custody then go straight to the court and file papers immediately

The best you can do is find a really good attorney who is licensed to practice family law in the state that granted you custody.
Did you have joint custody with him?

Unfortunately, most ppl use their children as leverage in divorce proceedings. Hopefully, the disdain your ex has for you will subside soon. Meanwhile, find that attorney!
