I just want to know if a guy continually stares at you, does that mean he likes you? There is this guy at work who stares at me all the time….the other day I was waiting outside the building waiting for my lift when he came out for a smoke. He kept on looking at me and then as he was heading back in to the building he looked back and took a look at me again….So guys tell me do you think this guy likes me or what??

Maybe he likes you. I would caution you, though. My experience is that it isn't good to go out with someone that you work with. How are you going to feel after a nasty split with this guy when you have to see his face every day?

I don't think so, u see, many people thinks that when a guy is staring at u, it means he likes u. Most guys just do it for fun. For example. My seatmate and I are friends and he keeps on staring at me and i know he doesn't have feelings for me because he does that to every girl in the classroom. I just jump up and say "What??" and we just start laughing. Most guys who LIKE girls are the kind of guys who doesn't want to make eye contact with u. Making an eye contact cud be too obvious if a guy likes u. Maybe he just wants to stare at u and make u think he likes u when actually he doesn't. I know, it's kinda funny. I've got guy friends who are nice and very gentle but I've never felt like I'm falling for these guys because I know they like somebody else. It's just the way it is. Unless the guy confesses his feelings, then he doesn't like u.

Next time he looks at you just take the opportunity to smile and say hello. It sounds like he does like you, though.

maybe hes just really wierd, or maybe you remind him of his, like, mom, or lose sis, cuz, or sumthing like that. even still if he said that hes a real jerk and kinda wierd, so forget bout him and stay away. belivee me, im a guy and hes just wierd. stay away.

If he smiles or tries to catch your attention, he probably likes you... if not, he's probably trying to freak you out cause he's bored at work.
