Old rumor might be true might not goes like this:People were free basing [cooking coke into crack in the pipe as you smoke it very dangerous see Jo Jo Dancer your life is calling ] The CIA could not get enough money from the Gov. for spy stuff. So turned free basing in to fast food [they cook it for you] presto crack, sold it in south central made a bunch of truck loads of cash. Some or all of this could be true or pure fiction make up your own mind.
