Perhaps nobody invented them However, taking the term loosly, the men and women being Homo sapiens came slowly on the earth and followed a long process known as evolution.
With the cooling of earth, certain micro-orgnism came from the environment and slowly higher orders of animals were developed. The present day man and women were developed from apes.
