In a way, I like Spiderman best. Superman has such a huge advantage, such incredible invulnerability, that even for all of his ideals he never really risks too much. Batman is too rich for me to relate to, with being able to go out and buy any cool toy he'd like, plus, he's a bit on the dark side for me, too vengeful.
Peter Parker is the everyman, he has trouble paying his bills, he has trouble getting a date, he's the nerd everyone thought knew too much in science class. Then he's suddely confronted with a whole new level of empowerment. At first he was going to exploit it, merely to earn money - but how many of us wouldn't if the same opportunity dropped in our laps? That he moved beyond that to become something more noble, and that he questions himself and grows - that's what makes him my favorite superhero.

Your question is too ambiguous. So I'll answer it the best I can...
Spiderman is the best superhero character because he is so relatable. Superman is an alien from another planet who is infinitely more powerful than regular humans. Batman is the rich white man who could afford to send himself all over the world to train his body and to be Batman. Superman as Clark Kent has a cool job, cool friends and a cool girlfriend/wife. Batman is a rich playboy, has a cool car, cool associates (Catwoman, Robin, Nightwing), as Bruce Wayne he can probably get all the hot ladies he wants, too. Spiderman is just a dork. He is always worried about money, his love life is never stable for long (though Mary Jane is pretty hot) and until recently he mostly just hung out with his Aunt May. Spiderman is the most human. He's the most deserving of the man that follows the adjective in his moniker. His motivations are also the the truest. His inaction was partially responsible for the death of his uncle. Batman was much too young to do anything to help his parents and Superman has no real motivation other than a sense of responsibility.
Batman is cool. He's the most interesting superhero. He's the one who without superpowers --no super strength, no heat vision, no sticking to walls, no spider senses, no bulletproofness --will jump in and fight a god. He's the one whom even Superman admires. Batman, despite his rudeness, is looked up to by all the other superheroes of the DC universe. The psychology of his character's "motivation", his true motivations, sidekick, love life, all make him one interesting case. The most interesting thing about Batman to me has been the idea that while Spiderman is an identity that Peter Parker assumes and Superman is an identity Clark Kent assumes, Bruce Wayne is an identity that Batman assumes. Batman always knows what he's doing, he's the one who beats Superman, not with punches or kicks but with planning and intelligence.
Superman is the first superhero (unless you count Beowulf). He's the one who started it all (well not him but Jerry Seigel and Joel Shuster but I digress). He's the all powerful "Super-Hero". I mean come on he's got super in his name. Batman and Spiderman are heroes there's no doubt but Superman is a SUPERhero. He can fly, he's virtually indestructible, heat vision, X-ray vision, super speed, super strength but I'm sorry no he can't make you forget he's truly Clark Kent by kissing you. His motivation is his sense of responsibility he doesn't need a reason he's Superman. Yet as Clark Kent he will always be on the outside looking in, he will always be an alien on our planet yet sworn to protect us. He will always have problems with his social life because it's not fighting a giant, evil, sentient, mind-controlling starfish
So, I guess it's up to you who is the best superhero.

It's totally Superman why if he were up against spiderman
1.if Spiderman were to shoot him with web Superman could just
bust through (super strengh) that and he couldn't even get hit with the web he could just run (super speed)
2. Batman is only a ninja with cool weapons Superman could just
melt them with his eye's (heat visen) not to mention all the other
super powers he has such as
3.x-ray visen
4.all his senses have been highted
5. and he can fly face it he's awesome I mean I like the other super
hero's but Clark's my man.

Batman, he still posses the Kryptonite ring that Superman entrusted to him which would allow him to beat Superman in a fight. Spiderman just sucks compared to Batman and Superman.

Personal favorite:
Spider-man - He is funny, Peter Parker stays himself with all the problems that it brings and I love the story.
Best Superhero:
Superman - The man has got everything, all the powers and he is out of this world.
Odd one out:
Batman - The only superhero without superpower, talk about the ultimate hero, he is full on human and saves the world non the less, that's something special.

This would be like comparing apples to oranges and bananas.
Superman was born in Krypton and has superpowers on Earth because the light of the Sun gives it to him (shortest way to explain it). Therefore, he can do extraordinary physical things. He has CHOSEN to defend humanity instead of ruling it because he was adopted by Jonathan and Martha Kent and brought up as a human. Therefore, he feels human and loves mankind.
Spiderman, on the other hand, is a regular Joe who one day got bitten by a radioactive spider and developed superhuman abilities. He wasn't born with them; did not ask for them. He became a superhero to honor the memory of his uncle, who was a great and righteous man. The only things he has in common with Superman is that he works at a newspaper, his boss treats him like crap, and the girl he loves doesn't know he's "alive" for a looong time but instead falls in love for his alter ego.
Last but not least, Batman is the only one of the three superheroes you mention who DOES NOT have superpowers. He uses his genius and extensive monetary resources to develop specialized, advanced gear that helps him to combat crime, to protect Gotham from scumbags like the man who killed his parents. His rage and frustration feed his determination.
My point is, the three characters are so physically and mentally dissimilar that to compare them as to who is the "best" would be completely unfair. You can say one of them is your favorite (mine is Superman, although I love them all), but you should not say that one is better than the other. It's all a matter of who you can identify yourself with the best.

I like Superman the most. Unlike Spiderman and Batman, his superpower is innate. It was not something a radioactive bug gave to him or from the gadgets he has around his waist. His powers are just from HIM, from within. :)
