My age is 21m but, my weight is not upto the age(52kgs) and I am 5'11" tall. I have no habits like cigar or alchol my health is good daily I do normal exercises. I joined in gym 6 months back but due to no improvement in my body I exit from it. My food habits are early morning I eat curd rice, at lunch boxfull of rice and at evening I take some snacks and at dinner the same rice. In my family nobody has genes problems

Eat a lot. Improve your stamina. Go running for an hour each morning, or do rigorous exercise for 40 minutes. eat salads, fruits, drink lots of water.

Vary your running routines. Alternate between long and short days, and throw in occasional sprints. That's a good way to start.

If you are going to build muscle, you must ingest protein (and it doesn't sound like you're getting any now). You need to add some meat, fish, or eggs to your diet.

eat more protein and vegetables

all that rice makes you malnourished and sickly so that you can't benefit from your training
