Take a dumbell in both of your hands and put it behind your head. Lift it straight up and down. This will do good fo your shoulders as well as the backs of your arms.

Clothes don't make people look fat, people just are fat. So do cardio work outs and eat healthy. Then you can wear tighter clothes and look great. Here's the system I do and it works for me: Wake up at 6 am. Eat granola bar. Run a mile outside. Drink some water. Do 10 pushups and 10 situps. Do yoga for 30 minutes. Drink more water. Shower and get ready for work. Use that method, I swear it works. The only problem I had was that I got a flat butt, so I started running up hills a couple times a week. Now I am thin but with curves.

Don't get rid of the round shoulder blades. You will look smart with them. As to fleshy shoulders, simply wear blouses with short sleeves. Do exercise.

thats the way you are.dont worry about it everyone is different exercise will build mass but if your a girl you dont want that much muscle in that area.a little but not unless your a swimmer
