Not Emo. The album is divided into two havles. The first half is dance rock and the second half is proggressive jazz. The song is NOT EMO!

panic at the disco isn't an emo band.
i write sins not tragedies isn't one of their best songs and its not emo either.
if you wanna hear emo, you should listen to taking back sunday.

It's MTV's version of emo.(As well as anything by Fall Out Boy and Hawthorne Heights...) Which means no.
