What you need to do is take him to court for the money owed b/c if you co-signed it willingly theres not much any one can do that is your husband. I mean you signed it while you two were married the judge will say just b/c you are getting a divorce you wanna take it back have the money put into your divorce and have the paper trail to prove he was suppossed to pay and didn't. It may be awarded to you then!
