If there is no sexual intercourse, is it illegal for a relationship between a 17-year-old and an 18/19-year-old in the state of CA. And if so, do the laws apply to homosexuals?

you are being way too specific. if you get a "no" answer, will you think that you can make out?

it is illegal to solicit a child for sex. people go to jail and they didn't have any intercourse, so the answer you get from me is "probably," though i really have no clue how the courts have viewed this type of Relationship Without Intercourse between a minor and adult who is not a whole lot older.

I'd hope that the sexual orientation of the pedophile and victim has no bearing on whether the rights of the child would be considered abbrogated.

if you think that i've judged you a freak, you've misread my post.
