You dont have to learn Hyper Text Markup Lang. to create you own website.But you will have to know about the components of a web page for sure.
You can make use of html editors such as frontpage to create your own webpage.Save it in yor hard disk.Now log on tho one of these sites.
www.geocities.com or www.tripod.com.Both offer free web hosting with a additional frontpage upload feature.This way you can upload your files to the server and create your own website.
