Turn $ 3,000 into $ 1,000,000 in one year?
I say it’s worth a try and if you don’t get to the million dollar mark you would have at least moved from 3k.
Firstly where do you stay? How much do you want really want to turn that 3k into 1mil? How ready are you to work real hard? Are you ready to cut back on your everyday indulgences? Are you willing to relocate?
If you can answer yes to most of these questions and many other overlooked financial literacy questions you are already on the 50k mark from there onwards it will be difficult but possible.
For instance the world cup is moving to Africa. Can you imagine how much money is going to be spent to get that place in order for 2010? Now with any type of fast track development there always are spin offs. What are all the people going to eat wear and where will they all sleep? 3k seems very small to invest on the world cup but if you think of the major even as a “nice to have” and the progressive growth towards it as “have to have” then you might make something. Can you imagine the exchange rate, you’ll probably get something like 20 000 for you $3000 in South Africa, if you raise more money you can even afford to open a small shop and sell whatever you like with the 2010 in sight.
