The only way you can decrease the size of your feet is to decrease the importance of the size of your feet in your mind, and this you CAN do. You are perfect, were perfectly created.Walk with joy in appreciation of your perfection, and your beautiful feet that hold you up, allow you to walk gracefully. There was a time in history when people bound the feet of baby girls to make them tiny. They never grew. These women were never able to walk right, they were crippled. Trust your Creator to have given you appropriate feet, and throw out any ideas to the contrary.

U cud wish that u were born in china/japan where women's feet were bound and kept so for many years since their birth so that they dont grow too far beyond the "specified beauty limit" keeping them restrained and small.
The new age versions for body beautification are first too expensive and second technically not bone modification but more towards cartilage modification/grafting.. so helping you with that doesnt seem a feasible option to me.
Now since you werent born in the places mentioned , so just stay put and let others catch up with you... dont know how many will come close to size 14... but you can hope for close enough. Till then Chillax!

I cannot say it any more eloquently than quiet one already has.
My feet are size 11 and wide. It did bother me in grade school and high school. But after that it didn't matter anymore. In college, I had a lot more control in my life and could choose which activities I was active in. I didn't have time to think about my shoe size.
If your classmates tease, remember that real friends wouldn't. Don't let them ruin your life. You have too many other things you could be doing! And they are not worth wasting your time worrying about. Even if the entire school is picking on you, you still have control over what you think, and what you do outside of school. And you can find other places and activities to make friends.
Once you graduate high school, you will be able to choose who you spend time with. Keep your mind focused on your ambitions for yourself. There are many great people in this world who will not even notice your shoe size, but they will see you for what counts, for who you are inside.
Have you ever seen or heard about Stephen Hawking? He is a man who has a terrible disease, he uses a wheelchair and cannot speak with his own voice, but uses a machine. And he has become one of the greatest experts on the origins of the universe.
He can no longer walk, but he has conquered the heavens! And I am sure that you also have your own special talent, that is yours alone to develop.

the retarded answers that I have read so far can only be looked as ameusment, binding is not a way of decreaing the size but a way to deform the feet, all of the women who practiced this have multiple complications and suffer as a result, binding feet was a painful and impractical practice that was dome to please men in that coulture who believed that unnaturally small feet was attractive, today it is rarely practiced. the only way to prevent feet from getting much larger is to wear shoes at all times, of cource not in bed, shower, pools, etc bare feet tend to cause wider spread and a thicker skin. Give youself a bit more time, your growth, arms legs, feet, hight, etc will all balance itself out. you are still young, stop worrying about your feet, soon enough you'll see it all come together quite nicely

Wow, no idea on that, the japanese women would tightly wrap their feet to stunt their growth but I think think it will reduce the size. Not sure why you would want to though. Did a quick google and I guess it is possible, here's an article womon went from size 14 to size 7. Its major plastic surgery though

Hope that helps

There's nothing you can do and I know this sounds like your mother but try to accept them and take good care of them. Don't wear shoes too small. Honestly, ask most women who have spent years crunched into lousy shoes just to look good - you can really **** your feet up and they are important to get around on for the rest of your life.

Chop off your toes? Lol, just joking! Sorry to tell you, but you really can't do much about your foot size. Don't try to cram your feet into small shoes either, my little brother did that (he wears a 15-16!) and now his toes are all deformed looking. Don't worry about your foot size! No one really cares about that! Embrace who you are, and wear comfy shoes! : )

The Japanese practiced feet binding, but I don't recommend it.
Big feet are okay, just as long as they aren't like clown feet big. That is just weird.

sorry hun, I don't think there is anything you can do to have smaller feet, not even surgery, you will probably grow taller an grow into the size of your feet, stand tall and be proud.

Well in China they used to practise something called Foot-Binding which was very painfull and is now outlawed. I am just kidding of course, and if your feet are out of proportion, you will grow to compensate for it in time.
