If you are a Mavs fan/Heat fan / Whatever... please tell me if you agree with or like this article.

It is really long, but interesting

I found myself agreeing with a ton of it. I feel that parts of it are hilarious and very true. Anyway I'm not looking to get in a fight or debate over who should have won, I just want to see how many other people like or dislike this article. Enjoy!

No dumb answers for points, please!

And also what you think of it if you feel like adding. This isn't really a points question.. I just honestly wanted to read people's opinions. But I will choose a best answer at some point.. and not just because I agree with it or because it is the longest one.

so for so many add ons.. it was written before miami won the championship.. so that wasn't a known factor yet.

I agree. There is definitely something wrong with the refereeing of the NBA. Calls are sometimes called in the favor of one team, the calls aren't consistent, the refs favor superstars too much by giving them foul calls and not calling some of their fouls, they swallow their whistles sometimes in late game situations but sometimes they don't. They have to be consistent about what they do and do not allow and they have to be objective about calling fouls. Dwayne Wade leans in to cause the contact a lot of times when he gets "fouled" but refs give him the foul because he's a star.
And I agree that they are suspending players for fouls that are not all that hard. Even if Jerry Stackhouse fouled Shaq hard has the NBA seen how big shaq is? What makes them think that he can't take that those kinds of fouls. I would understand if it was Earl Boykins but Shaq?

article is a joke. the guy says he enjoys watching wade but at the same time says he is ruining the game of bball? lol? how can you fault a special player for taking over and leading his team to victory during crunch time? the guy who wrote that article seems to rather have a team full of good players (yes dirk is no superstar when compared to wade...just look at what wade was able to accomplish) and with their season on the line, they let terry shoot the last 3-pt attempt.

seriously...too much crying about fouls. was it any surprise the heat got more foul calls? the mavs are pretty much an outside team. their pf/c dirk is more of an outside threat! was it just me or did nobody see the mavs just start settling for jump shots. bottom line...heat played a more physical game that frustrated the mavs...and they had no response to it...so they cry foul.

I totally agree with it. i was thinking the same thing about the refs after game five and six when they called that last foul on dirk. those are things that really hurt a game when u call a foul that was only a touch. they have the defense scared to defend wade when he goes to the hoop the way he does. its terrible.
