My family is blessed. We have survived more than our share of tragedy, but we have also survived many, many situations, where, rightfully, most of us should be dead. Every adult in my family (myself included) has survived a car wreck which totalled the car. Once, my brother was driving a rented boxtruck, and the gas can (full of gas) fell and was dragging on the pavement, no idea how long this lasted, but someone alerted my bro that his gas can was sparking like crazy down the highway. there was no trouble. he was also in a car wreck in which his head went through his windshield. He was also standing on the lawn of his house, when a car went out of control, crashed into a pole (or something like that) and a womans head literally rolled up to his feet. My mother was almost killed in a wreck @ 16 (she wasn't driving) my father survived 2 deadly crashes, and today, my mother was attacked by a rattlesnake, and amazingly enough, it bit into her boot, instead of her leg, the boot she almost

funny thing is, none of the accidents were out faults, and on my word, (which I know aonline means a whole lot of nothin) I am NOT making ANY of this up.... the snake bit my moms hiking boots, it had half inch long fangs, and in order to avoid the bite, she dove backwards, landing in a pile of rocks. Her hands, arms, and one leg are scratched and torn all to hell 2.... she can't even sleep cause the dirt and some pebbles lodged themselves under the skin in both her hands.... it sucks!

Your family is truely blessed! I am Wiccan and I believe that there is a higher power but it is within each of us. When I call upon The God and Goddess I feel that I am calling them out of me and out of the universe. We are all part of the universe and everything in the universe is part of the collective energy that drives everything.

Whatever belief one has is valid. It doesn't matter what it is as long as it is true to you. I do not think that there is just one true path. All religions are valid and I think that anyone true to thier faith will reach whatever they aspire to get to.

Continued Blessings!

You have experienced many miraculous events in your family. Some writings from the Christian tradition suggest that there are indeed guardian spirits watching over us. Perhaps for reasons we don't understand, this is the case with your family. Other families appear not to have the same good fortune. Are they less cared for by God or the spirit realm? Or, are there reasons why some are delivered and others perish? We do not know the answers to these questions, but either experience, that is, the event of miracle and the event of trial and suffering each are capable of arousing within us the search for a relationship with a Higher Spiritual Power. Continue to be receptive to developing a relationship with this Being and ponder what role this Higher Power has in your life.

But we must always thank God for you, brothers loved by the Lord, because from the beginning God has chosen you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and through belief in the truth.

I believe in the Living God, only because he has shown himself to me and pulled me out of a situation that no man could have.

I believe in the One God, His Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Sounds like He's got some angels watching over your people.

I worship the sun. I can see it, feel it, and it's there for me almost every day. It sounds like your family has some bad karma to work out. Good luck.
