I've found that a good preventative measure is to drink lots of water, and to wash your face a couple of times a day.

And since you're a girl, I'll also mention that you might want to avoid heavy makeup use. I've known a few girls that thought that using lots of coverup was a good way to hide their breakouts, but have found that it has lead to more in the long run.

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!! I FOUND THE BEST STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!\
I am 28 and shouldn't be getting pimples. I have tried everything, and you can believe it because I have had plenty of time trying to figure it out (being 28) ha

Try BANDAID antiseptic wash by johnson and johnson. You can get it at the grocery store. Its not made for your face, but I use this after i wash my skin with DDF pumice acne scrub. The antiseptic wash has not only cleared my skin of ALL pimples but made my skin tones even. Also becasue it is "hurt free" it makes the pain go away for the painful ones. one thing though DO NOT pop them, wash them off when they come to a head.

1. Wash your face with a luke warm water twice daily

2. Use noncomedogenic soap like cetaphil

3. Use creams with benzoil peroxide. e.g. panoxyl

4. Drink lots of water

5. Don't go under the sun for long periods. It activates your sebaceous glands to produce more oil

6. Don't prick your pimples

7. If continuous breakouts occur or if the above interventions doesn't work, consult your dermatologist

first of all you should know your skin type.
if your skin is oily then you have to be very careful.for oily skin you should use a oil free soap and lotion . secondly, you should wash your face 2 to 3 times a day and drink plenty of water. To make pimples disappear, u can use an anti pimple cream of a good company like Garnier, Loreal and lakme. Home remedies can be an other option like besan, diluted lemon water etc

Besides the norm, I've seen toothpaste (paste not gel) work the best. You put it on the pimple-don't rub in- for over night then wash in the morning. I've heard Tea tree oil works (never tried it for pimples but works great for scrapes, burns, bites etc.) but it's hard to get past the smell for most.

Prevent breakouts -- with -- a no-sugar and low-chocolate diet. Use a medical quality skin cleanser. If they erupt anyway, hit 'em hard with benzoil peroxide.
